Payment is due before each session and can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

If you have an eligible referral, you may be able to claim a Medicare rebate. At the time the practice information form was issued, the rebate was $149.05 for a standard 50-minute in-clinic session with a Clinical Psychologist (Item 80010), and $101.55 with a General Psychologist (Item 80110).

Eligible clients can generally access up to 10 individual mental health treatment services per calendar year. Rebates are set by the Australian Government and may change.

If you are not eligible for Medicare, you may be able to claim through private health insurance depending on your policy. Medicare and private health insurance cannot both be claimed for the same psychology session.

Appointments before 9am or after 5pm incur an additional $20 fee. Weekend and public holiday appointments incur an additional $30 fee.

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice incur the full session fee. Medicare and private health insurance rebates cannot be claimed for cancellation fees.
