Support for emotional difficulties, relationships, recurring patterns, trauma, identity and periods of change.
Individualised care for adults, children and adolescents — grounded in compassion, deeper understanding, and meaningful change.
Therapy offers space to explore the experiences, relationships and patterns that shape how we feel, relate and move through the world.
Together, we can begin to make sense of these experiences, develop greater self-awareness, and open up new ways of relating to ourselves and others.

Psychological support for emotional, behavioural and developmental concerns, together with guidance for parents.
Reflective supervision for provisional psychologists, registrars and early-career practitioners.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” — Carl Rogers
The first conversations are about understanding what has brought you here, what matters to you, and what you would like to be different.
Together, we can explore the experiences, relationships and ways of coping that may be shaping how you feel and respond today.
Understanding can open up new possibilities. Together, we can explore new ways of responding, relating and coping, so that change can extend beyond the therapy room into everyday life.
Our work is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, while drawing on evidence-based approaches where they may be helpful. This allows therapy to respond to each person with curiosity and flexibility, taking into account their experiences, relationships, values and goals.
Inner Horizon is being built as a place for thoughtful, individualised psychological care across different stages of life.
We believe meaningful change begins with understanding the experiences, relationships and patterns that have shaped us — and creating space for greater choice, self-acceptance and possibility.
Within us lies the story of what has shaped us.
Beyond it lies the possibility of who we can become.
“For me, therapy isn’t simply about reducing symptoms. It’s about understanding the person experiencing them.”
Known to most of her clients as Sisi, Siham is the founder of Inner Horizon Psychology and has been practising as a psychologist since 2008. She brings extensive clinical experience alongside a warm, thoughtful and deeply curious approach to her work.
Siham works with adults, children and adolescents, with a particular interest in psychodynamic psychotherapy. Her approach is interested not only in what someone is experiencing, but in the inner world beneath it — how we come to understand ourselves, how we relate to others, and the ways our past can continue to shape the present. Her work also makes space for broader questions of identity, meaning and purpose, and for exploring what it means to live in a way that feels more authentic and connected.
Her work integrates depth-oriented psychotherapy with contemporary evidence-based approaches, allowing therapy to be responsive to the needs of each individual. Siham is also a Board-Approved Supervisor, providing supervision to psychologists at different stages of their professional development.
